The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Learned II Small Causes Court, Chennai to dispose of the M.C.O.P.No.8554 of 2015 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

ORDER

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in MCOP.No.8554 of 2015 before the II Small Causes Court, Chennai for claiming compensation. The case is pending for the past two years. However, still trial has not been

commenced. The petitioner is now under medical treatment. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court seeking direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the case.

2. In the aforesaid petition, notice has been served to the respondents 1 to 3. But none appeared for the respondents 1 and 2. The third respondent has entered appearance, however as they have not filed counter, set ex-parte. At this stage, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court. Hence, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is only inclined to direct the II Small Causes Court, Chennai to dispose of the MCOP.No.8554 of 2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
