(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.,) Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in C.A.No.682 of 2013 by an order dated 01.06.2015, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this petition. 2.

It appears that while suspending the sentence imposed on the petitioner, this Court by order dated 01.06.2015 directed the petitioner to appear before the Committal Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order among other conditions.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also the attending circumstances, we are inclined to modify the said condition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the Committal Court, namely, Judicial

tsi Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, on the first working day of every calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
