The trial Court has sought for further four weeks time to dispose of the case, vide letter in Dis.No.195/2016, dated 30.09.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the matter is posted for judgment before the trial Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, four weeks time from today is granted to the trial Court to dispose of the case. It is made clear that the case shall be disposed of by the trial Court within the stipulated time and no further adjournment will be granted.
