This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree dated 18.03.2013 passed in A.S.No.100 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Judge of Coimbatore, partly reversing the Judgment and decree dated 21.09.2012 passed in O.S.No.264/2010 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Pollachi.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the appellants submitted that matter has been settled between the parties and a memo to that effect has also been filed by the appellants.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the appellants and the memo filed, this Second Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs.
