ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner is the father of one Ms.Valli @ Valliammal, aged 25 years. According to the petitioner, she has been found missing from the month of January 2017 onwards. In this connection, the petitioner has made a complaint to the respondent Police. But, so far the detenu has not been secured by the respondent Police, is the grievance of the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that Ms.Valli @ Valliammal was working in the Mill belonging to the third respondent herein. In the said Mill, one Mr.Rahul was also working. The detenue had fallen in love https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the said Mr.Rahul and hence, both of them have eloped and settled down in Orissa. Thus, according to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no illegal confinement of Ms.Valli @ Valliammal. The said statement is recorded. 3.In view of the said statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since, we find that there is no illegal detention of Ms.Valli @ Valliammal/detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
