Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend further three weeks time from 31.03.2021 to 21.04.2021 for compliance of the conditional order against the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- on or before 31.03.2021 in Crl.OP.No.1645/2021 order dated 16.02.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SELVENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Heard through video conference) Earlier, this Court by the order dated 16.02.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1645 of 2021 had granted bail to the petitioner with following conditions:- "b) the petitioner shall deposit a immovable property document to the tune of Rs.3 Crores at the time of executing the sureties.

c)After coming out on bail, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Only) on or before 31.03.2021, without prejudice to his rights and contentions."

2.Today, this petition is filed seeking extension of time to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- .

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 16.02.2021, the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- and also deposited a immovable property document worth about Rs.3 Crores at the time of executing the sureties.

4.Insofar as the condition 8(c) is concerned, the petitioner has not deposited a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Only) on or before 31.03.2021. The petitioner is not having a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/-. He further submitted that the petitioner is now having a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- and will deposit the same immediately. Further he requests three more weeks time to deposit the remaining sum of Rs.1,50,00,000/-.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner has partly complied with the order and expressed his inability to mobilize the fund, this Court is inclined to modify the condition as below:- The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- on or before 09.04.2021 and the remaining amount of Rs.1,50,00,000/- to be paid on or before 31.04.2021.

6.Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
