17/03/2009 issued by this Court and delete the name of Mrs. Sirisha the 3rd Respondent.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This application has been filed to include certain shares said to have been left out while obtaining Succession Certificate.

2. The Order of issuance of Succession Certificate is under challenge on the ground of fabrication of document. Unless the above issue is decided, there cannot be any addition in the above Succession Certificate, which was under challenge by way of revocation of the Succession Certificate.

3. In view of the above, the application filed for addition of shares, is rejected for the present. The applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application after disposal of the application to revoke the Succession Certificate. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
