Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of police, Cantonment Town Police Station, Trichy, daily at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2487 of 2021 dated 08.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Town Police Station, Trichy, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2487 of 2021, dated 08.03.2021 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
