2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.21982 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024. is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
