Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAJAMOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3960 of 2020 dated 24.02.2020.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3960 of 2020 dated 24.02.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month starting from May, 2020. -sd/- 24/03/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
