(CRIME NO.17/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner herein by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.No.2375 of 2022 by an order dated 03.02.2022 in directing the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 am until further orders and to co operate with the investigation in the above case as and when required and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.2375 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is still pending and charge sheet not yet filed , hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30a.m., instead of every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further Orders, is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 08/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
