ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent University to pass appropriate orders for disaffiliation of four year B.E. (Marine Engineering) Course from the academic year 2015-16 or to issue No Objection Certificate, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.02.2015 within a time frame. 2.Though very many contentions have been raised by the petitioner, at the time of making submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if a direction is given to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2015 and pass an order within a time frame. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into other factual aspects of the matter, this Court passes the following order:

The respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2015 with regard to issuance of No Objection

Certificate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
