The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120 B r/w.147, 323, 347, 264, 302 and 201 IPC and Section 3(1)(X)(a) & 2 (v) of SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act S.C. No.185 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that since the petitioners did not attend the Court on 06.06.2016, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioners and the same is pending and that the next date of hearing is 25.07.2016. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that Non-Bailable Warrant is pending against the petitioners herein, this Court is constrained to direct the petitioners to appear in person to file a petition under Section 70(ii) of Cr.P.C. for recalling the Non-Bailable Warrant before the Principal District and Sessions Judge and in the event of filing such an application, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, is directed to consider the same, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on the same day.

With the above direction, the petition is disposed of.
