The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to call the petitioner for the interview for the post of Stamp Vendors as per the petitioner's application dated 12.02.2021 which was submitted pursuant to the notification dated 03.02.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner did not submit the Solvency Certificate along with the application and therefore, she was not called for the interview for the post of Stamp Vendors. He further represents that all the procedures are over and all the vacancies are filled up and there is no point in considering the representation of the petitioner, as it would only be a futile exercise.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
