This application has been filed to amend the Satisfaction Court as Learned Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Poonamalle instead of learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumpudur in Crl.OP.No.2539 of 2023 vide order dated 07.02.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.OP.No.

2539 of 2023 dated 07.02.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
