No.1 of 2002 on the file of Rent Controller Tiruvannamalai (in CRP.NPD.No.

1222/16) and (ii)stay the operation of the Fair and Decreetal order dated 04.02.2005 passed in H.R.C.O.P. No.1 of 2002 on the file of Rent Controller Tiruvannamalai confirming the Fair and Decreetal order dated 20.08.2015 passed R.C.A.No.1 of 2005 on the file of the Appellate Authority (Principal Subordinate Judge), Tiruvannamalai (in CMP.6697/2016) respectively pending CRP NPD No.1222 of 2016.
