The representation was forwarded by the 2nd respondent on 30.03.2021 to the 1st respondent for his consideration. The representation is pending on the files of the 1st respondent. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, a direction is given to the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2021 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
