O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2018 requesting for alternative accommodation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Perused the affidavit accompanied with the writ petition.

3. The petitioner herein unauthorisedly occupying in Door No.14, 14, Kalidoss Street, M.G.Nagar II, Urapakkam was evicted by the authorities, in view of the illegal occupation. The petitioner herein has sought for alternate accommodation and alleging that no alternate accommodation was given to her, the present writ petition is filed.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents filed a report stating that alternate site to the petitioner herein has already been allotted vide G.O.No.G7/0420/2016 dated 24.11.2017.

5.In the light of the above fact, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
