This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.7064 of 2015, by order dated 02.06.2016, directed the respondent toafford an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and thereafter, pass appropriate orders

on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 02.06.2016 passed by this Court. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this present contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
