O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue non-traceable certificate for petitioner lost original sale deed Doc.No.6543 of 2014 dated 25.09.2014 in respect of petitioner complaint dated 08.03.2021 in CSR.No.101 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had lost his original sale deed bearing Document No.6543 of 2014 executed by the Assistant Secretary, Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board. Hence, he preferred a complaint on 08.03.2021 before the respondent.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to issue a non traceable certificate to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the original document remains untraceable.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
