2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.2313 of 2025 dated 13.02.2025 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 17.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police Needamangalam Police Station, Thiruvarur District.
