SUNDAR, J.] The above petitions are filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in A.S.No.920 of 2012; to set aside the abatement; and to bring on record the proposed appellant and the proposed respondents 20 to 22 as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant in A.S.No.920 of 2012.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed. 3.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the papers.
