BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, B2 POLICE STATION, R.S.PURAM, COIMBATORE.

(CRIME NO.16 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of directing the Petitioner herein to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two months and thereafter, shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation imposed in Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.1559 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.E.RAVI CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.1559 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner is taking his examination, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for an interrogation.
