This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to report before the respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, which is imposed on Crl.M.P.No.17768 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has also been taken up in P.R.C.No.21 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai and the case now stands posted to 21.03.2023 for issuing fresh summons to the accused.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(crl.side), the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai, on 03.04.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
