ORDER

This Court, while disposing the writ petition in W.P.No.32892 of 2016, by order dated 03.10.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners and to pass appropriate order in the light of the judgment made in W.A.Nos.259 & 612 of 2016 Within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non-compliance of the order dated 03.10.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, nothing survives in this contempt petition for adjudication. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
