This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Sections in para 1 as "The petitioner is apprehending of arrest in the Crime No,608 of 2024 for the alleged offence, under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 131, 351(3) and 103(1) of the BNS on the file of the respondent police instead of "The petitioner is apprehending of arrest in the Crime No.608 of 2024 for the alleged offence, under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 131, 351(3) of the BNS in Crl.O.P.No.2696 of 2025 order dated 10.02.2025. 1/3
