ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed complaining the willful disobedience of the respondents in complying the order dated 27.10.2021 in W.P.No.23025 of 2021.

2. On behalf of the respondents, counter affidavit has been filed. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of the Court is complied with by 31.10.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts the compliance of the order.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and in the light of the submissions made by the respective counsels, in our considered view, further adjudication in this contempt case is unwarranted.
