This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 29.11.2022 made in W.P.No.31970 of 2022. 2.It is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent that challenging the order dated 29.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31970 of 2022, the respondent preferred appeal in W.A.No.1134 of 2023 and the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.07.2023 directed that till the date of next hearing contempt petition may not be proceeded with.
