This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 3 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15901 of 2024 vide order dated 15.11.2024 in in Crl.O.P.No.23980 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 3 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23980 of 2024 dated 08.01.2025 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 14.03.2025 vca To The Sub-inspector Of Police Vadaponparappi Police Station, Kallakurichi District - 605 702.
