ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner based on her representation dated 06.10.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, she was issued with CSR No.4 of 2025. Pursuant to the same, a detailed enquiry was conducted by the police and the complaint was subsequently closed on the ground that no threat to the life of the petitioner was found.
4. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the prayer sought by the petitioner does not warrant any further direction, as the competent authority has already conducted an enquiry and found no ground to provide police protection. Accordingly, this Criminal Original 2/4
Petition stands dismissed.
