The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that new G.O has been issued whereby, the position as it stood in terms of G.O.(Ms).No.604, Home (Transport - V) Department, dated 26.05.2008 has now restored in terms of G.O.(Ms).No.215, Home

(Transport-V) Department, dated 05.05.2022. Therefore, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. 2.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
