(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. So also, on the earlier two dates, i.e., on 12.06.2019 and 30.04.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. In view of the fact that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.04.2019 and 12.06.2019, in the order dated 12.06.2019, it is reflected that the matter be posted for dismissal on 20.06.2019 i.e., today.

3. As stated earlier, today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.9509 of 2019 is closed.
