(CRIME NO. 38/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the Petitioner should sign before the respondent police station on every Tuesday day at 10.30 a.m until further orders in the orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.1516 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.1516 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
