Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First to Fourth Respondents herein to consider the Petitioner representation dated 29.12.2018 and to take necessary action against the Fifth Respondent and its officials and to give damages to the Petitioner.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been preferred by the Petitioner to direct the First to Fourth Respondents to consider the representation dated 29.12.2018 made by the Petitioner and to take necessary action against the Fifth Respondent and its officials and to give damages to the Petitioner. 2.

The Fifth Respondent has filed Counter Affidavit stating that after receipt of the aforesaid representation from the Petitioner, a detailed enquiry has been conducted on 31.12.2018, in which it has been found that the Petitioner was suffering from HIV even before 05.04.2018, when the first blood transfusion took place at the Hospital of the Fifth Respondent and that the complaint against the Fifth Respondent was without any acceptable basis. The copy of the enquiry report and the supporting documents have also been produced before this Court. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent events. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to her to work out her remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law.
