This application has been filed seeking for extension of time for payment of rental arrears of Rs.1,80,000/- pursuant to the order of the Court dated 20.11.2017.

2. Heard Mr. C.K.M. Appaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.Sunderasan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr. S.Sundaresan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has absolutely no objection for the application in C.M.P. No. 5791 of 2017 being allowed. Hence, this application is allowed.

4. The petitioner is granted three weeks time for payment of rental arrears. The undertaking given by the petitioner shall be complied with within a period of three weeks from today.
