In view of the Full Bench Judgment of this Court, the revision petitions filed against the Judgment dated 14.10.2019 passed in Crl.A.Nos.133 to 135 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Erode, reversing the Judgment dated 28.03.2019 passed in S.T.C.Nos.360, 362 & 359 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Erode, are allowed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant shall serve a copy of the grounds of appeal to the respondent.

3. List the matter on 31.03.2023.
