ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.02.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.B.Manikandan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an online application along with all the materials and documents and on receipt of the same, the 2 nd respondent shall act upon the online application

3/5 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
