This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue FMB for the subject property based on the application submitted by the petitioner on 09.03.2023.

2. Heard Ms.P.Buvaneswari, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the process of measuring the acquired property is underway and that within a period of eight (8) weeks, the FMB will be issued by the second respondent.

4. Recording the above submissions, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to issue the FMB with respect to the subject property within a period of eight (8)weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No 2/4

costs.
