..Respondents in Both W.Ps Prayer in W.P.No.8563 of 2019: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, Directing the 2nd respondent herein to release the differential DCRG up to Rs.20 lakhs due to the petitioners 1 to 15 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.313, dated 25.10.2018 within such time frame fixed by this Honorable Court upon considering the petitioners representation dated 27.02.2019.

Prayer in W.P.No.8577 of 2019: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, Directing the 2nd respondent herein to release the differential DCRG up to Rs.20 lakhs due to the petitioners 1 to 6 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.313, dated 25.10.2018 within such time frame fixed by this Honorable Court upon considering the petitioners representation dated 17.12.2018, 04.01.2019, 02.03.2019, 04.03.2019, 06.03.2019, 09.03.2019.

2.In this regard, the writ petitioners submitted representation to the respondents on 27.02.2019, 17.12.2018, 04.01.2019, 02.03.2019, 04.03.2019, 06.03.2019, 09.03.2019. The earlier representations submitted by the writ petitioners were also not considered.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioners on 27.02.2019, 17.12.2018, 04.01.2019, 02.03.2019, 04.03.2019, 06.03.2019, 09.03.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioners are also directed to enclose the copies of the representation and all relevant Government orders along with the orders passed in the writ petitions. 4.Accordingly, both the writ petitions stand disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
