O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records and to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1984 of 2010 on the file of the Learned Chief Metorpolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai as against the petitioner.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent / de-facto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Both the learned counsel have identified the de-facto complainant, who is present before this Court today. In order to identify the petitioner and the de-facto complainant, they have submitted their photo copies of their Identity Cards viz.,1.G.Kannayiram - 660224788134 (Adhar Card), 2. G.S.Balaji - 766774862308 (Adhar Card) and after verification of the original, the same are recorded.

4. Today, an Affidavit dated 23.02.2018 was also filed by the 2nd respondent / de-facto complainant to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1984 of 2010 on the file of the Learned Chief Metorpolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in C.C.No.1984 of 2010 on the file of the Learned Chief Metorpolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

6. The Affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent / de-facto complainant dated 23.02.2018 shall form part of the order. *the Xerox copy of affidavit enclosed.
