No.374/1 part, measuring 474 sq.ft., totalling to 2,400 sq.ft., within the time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned online rejection order passed by the respondent dated 10.01.2025 and for a consequential direction to the respondent to carry out necessary correction in the revenue records and issue a fresh patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.
2. Heard Mr.K.Premkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.
3. The respondent on receipt of the application submitted by the petitioner, 2/4
has rejected the same through online order dated 10.01.2025, which does not carry any reasons. If the respondent wanted any clarification from the petitioner, he could have called the petitioner for an enquiry and collected the relevant documents, instead an online rejection order has been passed which is bereft of reasons.
4. In view of the above, the impugned online rejection order dated 10.01.2025 passed by the respondent is hereby quashed. The matter is remanded back to the file of the respondent with a direction to pass appropriate orders after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
