The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction directing the learned Rent Controller and District Munsif, Tirupur to dispose of the interim application filed under Section 11 (4) of the Tamil Nadu Building (Lease and Rent Control)Act, in IA.No.11 of 2015 in RCOP.No.8 of 2015 within a short period of time.

ORDER:

According to the revision petitioners, the revision petitioners have filed a petition under Section 10 (2) (i) of the Tamil Nadu Building (Lease and Rent Control) Act in RCOP.No.8 of 2015 for eviction on the ground of wilful default. In the aforesaid petition, the revision petitioners have filed an application in IA.No.11 of 2015 under Section 11 (4) of the Tamil Nadu Building (Lease and Rent Control)Act. The respondent has also filed counter statement on 01.11.2016. But the aforesaid IA has been adjourned from time to time without being disposed of. Therefore, the revision petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.

2. Considered, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the 'A Diary extract' filed in the typed set of papers in support of the submissions.

3. Without expressing any opinion, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Rent Controller and District Munsif, Tirupur to dispose of the IA.No.11 of 2015 within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
