JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Ramanlal, learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite several intimations to his client, he has not approached him for the purpose of taking steps to bring on record the Lrs of the deceased sole respondent. V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J, dn circumstances, he pleads his inability to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. Steps have not been taken and since the counsel pleads his inability to take steps as despite intimation, the appellant has not approached him in this regard, this Court has no other option than to record the inability of the appellant to prosecute the appeal.
