The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner for appointment of Non-Hereditary Trustee without reference to the Cr.No.184 of 2025, since the said crime number itself is stayed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26702 of 2025 vide order dated 26.09.2025 and the further, it is the contention of the petitioner that when the petitioner wanted to pay donation to the temple, the temple authorities refused to receive the donation, thereby, the frivolous complaint is registered.
