in E.P.No.113 of 2006 in O.S.No.1018 of 2005 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Judge, Coimbatore. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondent submitted that pending Civil Revision Petitions, the decree has been executed and E.P.No.113 of 2006 has been closed. Therefore, nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions. 3.Recording the submission made by both the counsel, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. It is open to the petitioners to initiate further proceedings. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
