Seeking leave to sue the respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire transaction has taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court including the execution of the document evidencing the receipt of money and repayment thereafter followed by cheques having been issued within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
