ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on

3/6 22.01.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the cancellation of patta which has been granted in favour of respondents 3 to 13 and for restoration of the patta in the name of the petitioner.

2.Heard Mr.V.Nithyanandam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 22.01.2025 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to respondents 3 to 13 and final orders shall be passed, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
