This writ petition is filed to quash the orders passed in Pen. 10/3/21000489/Rev/2012-13/ADK dated 25.09.2012 and in Pen 10/3/REV/11015686/ADK/2014-2015/164, dated 16.07.2015, passed by the third respondent and direct the respondents to fix the scale of pay in the Pay Band of Rs.9300 and Grade Pay of Rs.6600 in the cadres of Middle School Headmaster, Special Grade and revise the pension accordingly. The learned counsel representing the petitioner is present and submitted that the petitioner is no more and the cause does not survive in this writ petition any more.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is Page No.2 of 4

closed. No costs.
