(CRIME NO.16/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on Petitioner/Accused in Crl.O.P.No.3757/2022 dated 16.02.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.3757 of 2022 dated 16.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
