The above civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Family Judge, Salem, to dispose of HMOP.No.486 of 2022 within a stipulated time.

2. The petitioner has filed the above HMOP seeking dissolution of marriage with the respondent held on 05.03.2007. In the said petition counter statement has been filed by the respondent on 19.03.2024 itself. The notes of proceedings would show that on several occasions the respondent had not been present.

3. Therefore, a direction is issued to the learned Family Judge, Salem, to dispose of the HMOP, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
